Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
I accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Made-to-order pieces, including bracelets that have been custom-sized to your measurements, are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or personal preference. Please ensure you measure your wrist carefully before ordering. For standard-sized bracelets, please refer to the bracelet size guide prior to purchase.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or otherwise covered under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you have provided incorrect measurements for a custom-sized item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault or arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs and details of the issue.
Items assessed as having a manufacturing fault will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Returned items should be in their original condition where possible and must not have been deliberately damaged, altered, or misused.
Please use a trackable postage service when returning an item and provide the tracking number once dispatched.
Refunds, replacements, repairs, exchanges, or store credit will be processed after the item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Accidental Damage and Repairs
Had an accidental break? Don't worry!
I am happy to clean and repair my jewellery where possible if you cover the cost of postage to and from my workshop. Please contact me to discuss the repair and obtain my shipping address before sending any items.
Most minor repairs can be completed at no additional cost. However, if the damage is extensive, replacement materials are required, or significant repair work is necessary, I may request a reasonable contribution towards repair costs. Any costs will always be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that have a major failure, and may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a product does not meet consumer guarantees but the failure is not major, I may choose to repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe.
These consumer rights apply in addition to any rights outlined in this policy.
